Export Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions for Goods Intended for Export

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders intended for export unless otherwise explicitly stated
on the face of the attached CEJ-prepared document. These are in addition to CEJ’s Standard Terms and
Conditions of Sale which apply to all Orders.

Payment:
50% due with Order/ 50% due prior to shipment, or 100% payment with Order. Acceptable forms of
payment are check, ACH transfer, Wire transfer, Visa or MasterCard. All payments must be in USD. For
Credit Card payments, please contact Customer Service to ensure that all required information is provided.

Shipping Destination:
Seller does not ship outside the United States. Buyer may arrange for goods to be picked up from our
facility, or shipment may be made to the freight forwarder of Buyer’s choice within Sellers product
territory.

Freight Terms:
Buyer may designate the carrier used for shipment when freight charges are billed to Buyer’s account.
Otherwise, Seller ships using Seller’s designated carrier, prepaying and adding any freight charges to
Buyer’s invoice. In either case, Buyer is responsible for any Tariffs or Duties associated with international
shipment.

Packaging:
Special export packaging may be provided upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Order Fulfillment:
Seller’s policy is to ship all items when available and in the order received. While Seller makes effort to
accommodate shipping requests, ship complete requests are not guaranteed. Expedite requests are subject
to applicable fees.

Documentation:
Documents required to be included with shipment MUST be requested at time of order. We CANNOT
guarantee documents will ship with your order if not requested, in writing, at the time of order placement.

Shipment Dimensions/ Weight:
Shipping Dimensions and Weight will be provided at time of shipment upon request.
FOB: Lawrenceville, GA
Incoterms: EXW Lawrenceville, GA

Validity: Prices are firm for 30 days and do not include freight or tax.
Material Selection: Material selection rests entirely with Buyer.

Lead Time: Lead time is estimated and subject to availability at time of receipt of order including any
other documents, information, or payments necessary to process Buyer’s request.
