Kenics static mixers optimize mixing efficiency without the energy waste and material blockage commonly encountered in more restrictive motionless mixers.

Multiple independent studies have indicated that within every Kenics™ KM Series static mixer, a patented helical mixing element guides material flow radially towards the pipe walls and then back to the center. Enhanced mixing efficiency is achieved by incorporating alternating right- and left-hand elements, leading to additional velocity reversal and flow division. This process ensures continuous and thorough mixing of all materials, eliminating radial gradients in temperature, velocity, and material composition.
