LIQUIFLO ANSI PUMps

Centrifugal pumps play a crucial role in providing steady, pulse-free flows at flow rates surpassing those typically attainable with positive displacement pumps. Liquiflo offers two distinct families of centrifugal pumps designed to cater to a diverse array of chemical applications: The Centry® Series and the Endura® Series.

ENDURA AB SERIES

The AB (air-barrier) integrates the characteristics of a traditional sealed pump and a mag-drive pump, eliminating the typical drawbacks associated with these configurations. The patented design sets the ENDURA® AB apart from any other pump in the industry.

In a mag-drive pump, a gas seal separates the process fluid from the bearings. The advantage of this design lies in the fact that the ENDURA® AB doesn’t depend on the pumped fluid for lubrication. Consequently, it can utilize standard ball bearings, lubricated for life, in contrast to the commonly used sleeve bearings in other magnetically driven pumps.

Features & Benefits

  • Can run dry indefinitely
  • Lowest L3/D4 ratio of any pump – 9.3
  • Solids handling up to 40%
  • Close-coupled or Power Frame
  • ANSI dimensional for easy change-out
  • Greased-for-life antifriction ball bearings
  • Gas seal prevents process fluid from contacting bearings
  • Inherent secondary containment
  • Magnetically driven – NdFeB or SmCo high-strength magnetic couplings
  • Transformation Toughened Zirconia (TTZ) ceramic containment can eliminates eddy current losses
  • Module option for easy replacement
