BAYONET HEATERS

Bayonet heaters serve as an energy-efficient and water-saving substitute for steam sparging in heating process vessels.

Installed through the side entry of the tank, bayonet heaters come with a provided mounting flange that is bolted to the side of the tank, ensuring easy insertion and removal. This design facilitates effective natural convection circulation of the fluid undergoing heating. Bayonet heaters are particularly well-suited for applications in recirculating systems and other scenarios requiring automatically controlled temperatures.
